With over a decade of experience as a change manager and two decades dedicated to personal and professional development, I have had the privilege of working closely with organisations navigating the complexities of transformation. Throughout my career, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges businesses face when implementing change—whether it's restructuring, cultural shifts, process improvements, or technological advancements.

She works with purpose driven women helping them get clarity, claim their confidence, find certainty and build emotional resilience allowing them to become the best version of themselves both at work and at home.
Prior to establishing her coaching business, Patty had over 16 years of experience in the corporate world mainly as a managing consultant where she assisted multinational companies deliver strategic projects across private and public sectors in the disciplines of organisational change management, project management, communications, stakeholder management and strategy.
It was during this time that she saw women stuck, uncertain and overwhelmed. They were living an imbalanced life that was impacting their mental health and preventing them from succeeding and living the life they truly desired.
This is why she decided to change her focus to assisting others in living an authentic, healthy and abundant life on their terms .
Working with kids:
As Patty expanded her learnings about the power of the mind, she started teaching and implementing strategies with her daughters. Helping develop a growth mindset led to working with other children and their parents. Patty was approached by a cricket academy to work with young athletes and has been doing this since 2019.

Patty Duque supports La Fundación Evolución del Pensamiento (Evolution of Thought) assists underprivileged children in the hills above the city of Medellin in Colombia, South America. It was started in 2008 by a small group of people in Medellin who wished to help vulnerable children in their community. The Fundación is led by a couple named Dora and Marino who provide food, recreation, education and much needed love! They focus on playing, studying and above all to be happy with what they have. They learn to tackle life with a positive attitude and a smile on their face.
